Yes, it is. It’s called “sinophobia.”
Although a phobia is technically an irrational fear. Fearing the Chinese is perfectly rational. They can fit nearly anywhere, and they’re inscrutable.
It’s Japanese speakers that have difficulty with the distinction between Ls and Rs, not Chinese people. You totally should have Googled that.
You need to follow the link at “Engrish”.
“Engrish” is a catch-all term for odd or inept use of English by people of various Asian nations. The term may or may not be well-chosen, but it was not coined by the poster, by other people maintaining this site, nor by the folk at the Cheezburger Network.
